It partially performs the malolactic transformation, while the final dosage is 7 grams per liter

Located in Moussy, between Epernay and Cramant, therefore between the Valley of the Marne and the Cote de Blancs. It enjoys a favorable position for the production of representative champagne of the territory.

Champagne Brut 1er cru Précieuse Pinot Chevauchet

Bright golden yellow color.

The nose has conspicuous and faceted aromas of fresh flowers and citrus fruits. The kind ones among the first and the lemon and the lime among the latter. Some sweet spices increase its complexity, making it rich overall.

On the palate it is in harmony between hardness and softness, with the minerality and the carbonic end to stand out from the rest. Good creaminess, and consequently the expressed volume. From the mouth come aromas of vanilla and fresh fruit. Persistent and inviting, after the first sip, another is desired immediately.

Overall it is a great champagne, able to balance itself sumptuously.

Among the Champagne wines it has the ability to be flexible, therefore to happily accompany a whole meal.

The Maison Pinot Chevauchet is classified as RM because all the production process is carried out by the company itself, using only grapes grown in its own land.
