Bright golden yellow color, with wonderful pink shadows.
The nose is intense and very fine. Fresh aromas of green apple, white peach and black currant are released. Small and barely hinted ideas of dried fruit do it and enrich the profile. In conclusion the marine notes, which cross all the champagne of Pinot Chevauchet.
On the palate it is fabulous, in terms of quantity and quality. all the parts combine to create a sound that from a particular becomes general. As only the orchestra can do. The aromas that embellish it are of fresh fruit and spices.
Altogether it is a great champagne, which stands out for power and elegance together. It is probably one of the best expressions of pure Pinot Meunier.
