Bordeaux Entre deaux Mers Chateâu d’Haurets 2016 Ducourt

Variety: Merlot 90% and Cabernet Sauvignon 10%

Garnet red color.

The nose has clean aromas of wild berries, with raspberry and blackberry. Some more vegetable notes, aromatic herbs, tobacco and cocoa, toasted and finally sweet spices. It highlights the belonging to its territory, with classic and well-designed perfumes.

On the palate the entry into the mouth is soft and enveloping, but together supported by a rigorous structure. In balance between the parts, so as to be in harmony. In the aftertaste, aromas of vanilla, licorice and pleasant toasted sensations emerge.

Bordeaux Entre deaux Mers Chateâu d’Haurets 2016 Ducourt

After the harvest, they proceed with a cold pre-fermentative maceration for a period ranging from 24 to 48 hours.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel containers at an average temperature of 26 ° C. A further maceration for 3 weeks at 30 ° C follows. After the separation of the wine from the marc, the malo-lactic transformation is induced.

Refine in oak and stainless steel vats for a minimum period of 12 months. After bottling it remains in the old cellars for at least a further 12 months.
