Description

Barbera d’Alba 2019 Matteo Correggia

Variety: Barbera 100%

Certified organic

Ruby red in color.

The nose is fruity with notes of cherry and berries and floral with pink and violet. Aromatic and spontaneous herbs bring the imagination to think of the green color. So the reds of the fruits and the green of the Alps.

In the mouth it is acidity to win on the other five. But just a little, because the whole is harmonious. A daily wine with an excellent quality / price ratio. A more than satisfying Barbera.

Accompanies with affinity appetizers of cold cuts, taierin with meat sauce, veal escalopes, semi-aged cheeses, and sauteed vegetables with turmeric and cumin. Also valid with lentils and spiced beans.
