Variety: Barbera 100%

Intense ruby red with evident purple reflections.

On the nose it distributes luxuriant aromas of fruit, with red plum, cassis and blackberry. Slight vegetal notes of grass, and red flowers, spices and undergrowth increase the pleasantness of the olfactory profile.

On the palate it shows a well-designed and defined structure of hardness, and at the same time a creaminess suitable to bring the wine towards balance and harmony. Persistent memory between aromas of fresh fruit, Mediterranean scrub and spices.

Accompanies aged cheeses, traditional cured meats. First courses with beef and hare ragout. Excellent with red beans stir-fried with onion, celery, carrot, chilli and parsley.

Among the Barbera, that of Burzi is distinguished by the precision and quality of the prospect of perfumes, and also by the freshness expressed on the palate.

Daily wine with excellent value for money.
