The nose is intense and vibrant, with aromas of fresh fruit, black cherry and blackberry. Flower ideas, with rose and geranium, anticipate those of green pepper. tobacco, and different spices peep out and enrich an olfactory profile complete with remarkable charm.

On the palate it shows off admirable structure, with tannins and acidity to reward it with an enviable drinkability. The substance is also excellent, with creaminess and warmth to compensate. Persistent between aromas of plum, spices and wild berries.

Chile has the advantage of being one of the few sites in the world where phylloxera has not taken root. The vines are all ungrafted, that is, without rootstock of American vines. This peculiarity allows to have Cabernet Sauvignon in a unique way.

Among the South American wines, Andes Plateau‘s Cota 500 Cabernet Sauvignon shines for its enviable structure, which makes it incredibly easy to drink.

The grapes are grown in San Clemente, in the Maule Valley, right next to the Andes. The Maule Valley is a highly prized sub-area of ​​the Colchagua Valley, which belongs to the Central Valley wine region.

In the vineyard the soil is of the alluvial type coming from the river bed, with the presence of clay, sand and silt.

The training system is espalier with guyot pruning, with a yield of 2kg for each plant.

After the harvest carried out by hand, to carry out a rigorous selection, it ferments in stainless steel containers, with the use of indigenous yeasts.

Ages in French oak barrels of various passage for a period of 12 months.
