Dark ruby red color, with purple shadows in the area of less thickness.
The nose is characterized by precise aromas of berries such as black currant, blackberry and blueberry. It follows the classical fruit from the stem: we can well distinguish the cherry and the sour cherry. Also some red flowers, like geranium and rose are added to the vegetables. Then roasted ideas come to the nose, with coffee and tobacco. We conclude with the spices, headed by vanilla, pepper and some ideas of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
On the palate it is rich in structure and yet a collection of remarkable material. In balance between hardness and softness has one of the best qualities in the ease of drinking. Good persistence. Once deglutito aromas of balsamic and fruit arrive.
Primitivo, which happily accompanies goat’s meat and roast lamb with potatoes and rosemary. For those who do not like meat, it is effective with spicy and spicy vegetables.
