Alto Adige Chardonnay Turmhof 2016 Tiefenbrunner

Straw yellow color.

The nose has clear and caressing aromas of exotic fruit, with banana, anans and papaya. For the spices we have vanilla, and nutmeg. Panna cotta ideas, make the closure soothing. Intense and complex, the aromas are precise and inviting.

On the palate it extends with agility, between acidity and minerality. Peculiarity that gives eclecticism in the combinations with food. Properly creamy, it is pleasantly balanced, and remarkably persistent. Fruity aromas of fruit and vanilla.

Tiefenbrunner produces this excellent Chardonnay Alto Atesino, able to stand out for its extreme balance.

Accompanies appetizers with seafood, sea bass, sea bream and salt Besughi, light first courses, poultry, grilled white meats with aromatic herbs.
