Alto Adige Moscato Giallo Turmhof 2017 Tiefenbrunner

Variety: Goldmuskateller 100%

The vineyards that produce Turmhof Giallo Moscato are located in the Niclara hamlet of the municipality of Cortaccia, in the province of Blozano.

Altitude: varies from 250 to 300 meters above sea level, while sun exposure is to the south, south-east.

The soil is composed of calcareous gravel of morainic origin.

Training system: they are espalier with guyot pruning, and pergola, while the density varies according to the type of plant, from 3500 to 7000 vines per hectare.

The yield per hectare is between 55 and 65 hectoliters per hectare.

After the harvest by hand, the grapes undergo a cold maceration for 6-8 hours. After this period, the alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C.
