Alto Adige Sauvignon 2019 Bergkellerei Passeier

Sauvignon Blanc 100%

Straw yellow color.

The nose wins an immediate and unaware smile. Swept away the doubts remain the awareness: we are facing one of the best Italian sauvignon blanc. To the aromas of elderberry and exotic fruit, pink grapefruit and subtle hints of aromatic herbs are added. The leaf and fruit of unripe tomatoes line the edges of the glass, without invading or overpowering. Overall the bouquet is classic, charming and very elegant.

On the palate it stands out for the unmistakable trace of the winemaker, who wants to have wines with straight shoulders, not inclined to easy softness, so dear to lovers of everything immediately. The class emerges from the whole, from the synthesis of the parts. Rich and elegant he establishes himself as an absolute champion.

The young Konrad is a passionate and refined winemaker, because his Sauvignon Blanc is certainly one of the 5 best Italians.
