Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Straw yellow color with golden shadows.
The nose has aromas of fresh fruit and sweet spices. Vanilla in particular and nutmeg. Follows the black locust honey and ideas, reminiscent of face powder. Even some candied citrus fruits expand and embellish the whole.
In the mouth it has matter, presence and finesse, due to a very interesting sum of hardness and softness. In balance already now, it has a good persistence.
Cuvée produced by combining chardonnay from three different areas of Burgundy: Chablis in the north, for its freshness and character, the Côte d’Or for its finesse and elegance, the Mâconnais in the south for its charm and fruity aromas.
