On the palate it has an excellent profile of hardness with outstanding minerality. The thickness is good, an expression of a natural concentration in the vineyard, a direct consequence of the excellent vintage. Once swallowed, it offers aromas of apple, elderflower and celery. It has great prospects for improvement over time.
