The nose is intense with exotic flowers and fruits to distribute pleasant sensations. The white apple, mango and pineapple anticipate in the enunciation the notes of Mediterranean scrub, wild berries and aromatic herbs. Aromatic and decisive, it intrigues and fascinates.
On the palate it is creamy and well structured. It has the right volume for freshness and verticality. It extends, maintaining balance and harmony, towards aromas of mandarin, pineapple, white rose and aromatic herbs.
Ductile Apulian wine suitable for frugal aperitifs, but above all able to accompany and enhance with shellfish.
Excellent with Catalan lobster, and with prawn tartare, avocado and passion fruit oil. It also pairs perfectly with grilled prawns and semi-hard cheeses.

Podere 29 grows grapes in the geographical district called Daunia Agro di Cergnola, in Borgo Tressanti in the municipality of Cerignola. Given the extreme proximity to the sea, the soil is sandy.
Training system: espalier with guyot pruning, while the planting density is 4000 plants per hectare. and finally the vineyard has an age of 10 years.
The harvest takes place in the first days of September, and the yield per hectare is 80 quintals.
It ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, then in the same containers it refines on the residues of the yeasts for another six months.
