Straw yellow color
The nose has aromas of gentle and delicate white flowers. Citrus fruits follow, from lemons to the more particular mandarin. Fruit ideas follow, with pineapple mango and melon. Some notes of green color echo around, in particular celery and radicchio. Even honey, but among the less intense ones, is added to make the whole olfactory profile complex.
On the palate it shows an excellent relationship between Form and Substance, where the minerality on one side and the creaminess of the poly-alcohols on the other stand out. Satisfies and surprises, for the ability to remain in the mouth with elegance. Gracefully spread aromas of panna cotta and exotic fruit. The finish is persistent, for a wine, which overall is really pleasant and inviting.
