Biovio produces Bon in da Bon (really good) from a selection of the best plants of the “Marixe” vineyard in the Bastia hamlet of the municipality of Albenga. Marly soil with copious presence of iron, which gives the soil its characteristic red color.
The training system is spurred cordon, with a yield per hectare of about 70 quintals.
After the harvest, done manually, from mid to late October. cold macerates for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel containers for at least 8 months.

Intense straw yellow color.
The nose is intense and well defined, with qualitatively excellent aromas. There are citrus peels, flowers such as mimosa and classic chamomile. followed by fruit, with white peach and medlar. The aromatic herbs, with thyme and savory. It closes with the iodine notes typical of the villages that overlook the sea.
On the palate it has excellent volume and similar structure, for a perfectly achieved balance. Note the minerality, really valuable, and the creamy background, which overall fresco a fascinating painting. Aromas of flowers and sea flow from the mouth to the nasal receptors.
Year after year it is confirmed as one of the best pigato of all Liguria, and one of the best Italian white wines.
