Straw yellow color with hint of green ideas.
The nose is of good intensity, with aromas of white flowers and wild berries. The citrus and fruit notes are declined between grapefruit and apple and peach. Also some ideas reminiscent of fields with aromatic herbs and hay.
On the palate it reaches balance thanks to freshness and minerality. The volume and the depth of the sip are also good. It extends between persistent aromas of citrus fruits, flowers and iodized sea notes.
Among the Italian Vermentino, that of Col di Bacche shines with the remarkable verticality that animates it.

Soil: clayey and calcareous, with good presence of sand.
The training system is the spurred cordon, with a density of about 5,500 vines per hectare, with a yield of 70 hectoliters, always per hectare.
The harvest is done manually in the first part of September.
Alcoholic fermentation follows in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature.
Refine in the same containers for at least 6 months.
