Intense straw yellow color with golden shadows.
The nose is very intense with classic, clean and fine aromas of rose petals, candied citrus zest, exotic fruit, with mango and lichis. Sweet spices float in the side dish. Overall the perfumes are ultraclassical, precise and well defined.
On the palate it is creamy, with softness prevailing over hardness. However, the acolyte of hardness proudly defends drinkability, so the whole is pleasant and caressing.

Trentino Gewürztraminer Vigna Caselle 2020 Maso Cantanghel
Produced exclusively from the Caselle vineyard, in the Caselle locality in the municipality of Cembra near the Avisio stream. The soil is of volcanic origin, therefore it presents a whole series of stratifications, where the quartz porphyry is the most present mineral. Average age of the plants: it is 17 years, while the training system is guyot.
The yield per hectare is 60 quintals.
The harvest is done manually in boxes in September with a slight over-ripening of the bunches.
When the grapes arrive in the cellar, they macerate cold in a stainless steel press for several hours. The subsequent cleaning of the must takes place by decanting. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 18 ° C.
It also refines in steel on the fermentation lees, kept in suspension with repeated batting for 6 months. Further refinement in the bottle for about 3 months.
