The grapes come exclusively from the vineyard called Merlaia located at 300 meters above sea level, with a yield of 10 quintals per hectare.
Careful selection of the grapes with manual harvesting in small baskets and subsequent drying on racks until December
After gentle pressing, it ferments without skins in small 50-liter Slavonian oak casks. In the same barrels it ages for over 5 years. After blending, it rests with at least another year in the bottle.
