Champagne Brut Nature Cuvée Généreuse Pinot Chevauchet
Straw yellow color tending to gold.
The nose has exuberant aromas of fruit and flowers. Intense and disturbing, they are followed by the typical marine memories of the falls and piers.
On the palate it is, as can be seen from the name, generous. Excellent the expressed creaminess, well supported by a structure animated by minerality and acidity. aromas of fruit come from the palate and iodine from the sea. The memory that leaves is persistent.
Overall it is precise and vertical, so as to conquer for its elegance.
This Champagne goes well with raw seafood, and oysters.
The Maison Pinot Chevauchet is classified as RM because all the production process is carried out by the company itself, using only grapes grown in its own land.
