Pavia Pinot Nero Bio Quattordicimarzo 2019 Percivalle

Variety: Pinot Nero 100%

Certified organic

Stelvin cap

Ruby red color.

The nose has luxuriant aromas of freshly picked fresh berries, white and red currants. Some traces of Mediterranean scrub with aromatic herbs and more present fresh flowers. Good quality as is quantity and precision. No smudging for a pleasant and immediate wine

On the palate it is fresh and virtuous, for having a good creaminess and depth of sip. The tannins, just mentioned, help the minerality and freshness, to give rigor to the wine. The softness boasts a good creaminess, so as to balance the balance and make it a harmonious wine. After leaving the mouth, aromas of blueberry and violet arrive.

Overall Paolo Percivalle gives us a fine example of fresh and immediate Pinot Noir, capable of satisfying, without engaging the taster. The drinkability and the aptitude to accompany various dishes make it a very flexible wine. Also effective with smoked lake fish dishes and spiced vegetables. Excellent with the typical salami of the area, and par excellence with the free-range roasted chicken, or stuffed in the oven.
