Brilliant straw yellow color.
The nose is fine, with gentle aromas of white flowers, croissants, yellow-fleshed fruit, and aromatic herbs. Clean and essential, it dances with elegance and voluptuousness.
On the palate it shines with vivid and concrete minerality, and a good freshness. Correct the creaminess, for balance and pleasantness. The bubble is perceived as fine, between aromas of white currant, freshly baked bread crust and locust honey.
Overall it’s a great Classic Method from Piedmont that you don’t expect. Famous for the reds in Nebbiolo and the whites in Arneis, Roero can also boast of absolutely respectable classic method sparkling wines.

Wine produced from different vineyards all located in the municipality of Vezza d’Alba.
The soil is sandy, calcareous and in a small part of clay, while the type of cultivation is espalier with guyot pruning.
The harvest is done manually in 20 kg crates, around the end of August.
Without hesitation the skins are removed for an alcoholic fermentation carried out in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 17-18 ° C.
In the following spring it referments for at least 36 months in stacks, with periodic movements.
