Description

Franciacorta brut Ammonites Rosé  Camilucci

Variety: Pinot Nero 100%

Light pink color.

The nose has sparkling aromas of wild berries, clear and clean. The red currant, and the wild strawberry. Notes of spices and hints of flowers enrich the view, while the freshly baked croissant gives it classicism.

On the palate it is authoritative and persuasive. Minerality, freshness and carbon dioxide are one and the same to make the sip drinkable. Yet the sum of the softness compensates and enhances a truly intriguing Italian rosé. Persistent between pleasant aromas of cranberry, iodine and wildflower honey.

The trace of Stefano’s wines is that of the supreme balance, between volume and verticality. Rosé is also an excellent Italian Sparkling wine capable of crossing the borders of the denomination for fame.

Franciacorta brut Rosé  Camilucci

Stefano Camilucci cultivates Franciacorta Rosè grapes exclusively in the vineyard located in Rodengo Saiano, in the province of Brescia. The average altitude is 200 meters above sea level, while the training system is espalier with guyot pruning.

After the manual harvest, it reaches the cellar, and after a second selection it is softly pressed. Macerates in contact with the skins for a few hours. Ferments in thermo regulated steel containers.

Refine in the same containers for at least 6 months. In the April following the harvest, Tirage is added and referments in the bottle for at least 36 months.

Dosage between 5 and 6 grams per liter.

It remains in the cellar for another 6 months and finally arrives on the market.
